Opera Software released a new State of the Mobile Web report revealing a strong rise in mobile internet usage via its Opera Mini browser. In the UK Facebook, Google and Yahoo are the most accessed sites via Opera Mini. Compared to November 2007 page views have gone up 300% and data traffic even has grown by 463% in the last 12 months. Is 2008 the year the mobile internet became mainstream?
